1. Eligibility

To use WheeloRent services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Possess a valid government-issued ID
Hold a valid driving license (where applicable)
Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend access at our discretion.

2. User Account

Users are responsible for:

Maintaining account confidentiality
Providing accurate information
Updating account details when necessary
All activities conducted through their account

Users must not:

Share login credentials
Create fake accounts
Impersonate others
Use the Platform for unlawful activities

3. Booking & Rental Terms

A. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and approval.

B. Vehicle Usage

Users agree:

To use vehicles responsibly
Not to drive under the influence of alcohol/drugs
Not to use vehicles for illegal activities
Not to sub-rent vehicles
To comply with traffic laws

C. Required Documents

Users may be required to provide:

Driving license
Aadhaar/PAN
Security deposit
Additional verification documents

D. Delays & Late Returns

Late returns may attract additional charges.

E. Vehicle Condition

Users must inspect vehicles before use and immediately report any damage.

4. Payments & Refunds

A. Charges

Users agree to pay:

Rental charges
Security deposits
Penalty charges
Damage costs
Taxes and applicable fees

B. Refunds

Currently, cancellation refunds are not applicable unless explicitly approved by WheeloRent management under exceptional circumstances.

5. Cancellations

WheeloRent reserves the right to cancel bookings due to:

Vehicle unavailability
Suspected fraud
Policy violations
Technical issues
Safety concerns

Users may cancel bookings subject to applicable cancellation charges.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Violate laws or regulations
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with platform security
Upload harmful software or malware
Misuse vehicles or services
Damage company reputation

Violation may result in suspension, legal action, or permanent account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheeloRent shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data
Service interruptions
Third-party actions
Delays caused by external circumstances
Accidents arising from negligent vehicle usage

Users assume responsibility for their actions while using rented vehicles.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless WheeloRent, its directors, employees, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, or legal expenses arising from:

Violation of these Terms
Misuse of services
Negligence
Legal violations

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including:

Logos
Branding
Software
Images
Text
Design

is owned by or licensed to WheeloRent and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content without written permission.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if users:

Violate these Terms
Provide false information
Engage in suspicious activities
Harm platform operations or reputation

11. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Vehicle availability at all times
Compatibility with all devices

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

13. Changes to Terms

WheeloRent may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
